To Our Valued Customers,
All of us at ICE-E's P"E"zza are deeply saddened by the terrible dissapearance of December Holiday that occurred in Hometown on December 24, 201X. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Holiday family, the victims of this local tragedy.

Many of our customers have asked us if ICE-E's P"E"zza has helped in the search for December Holiday. Champions have emerged everywhere throughout the ICE-E's P"E"zza system.

Because we are a company that provides a hot product, our stores have been able to give 3 free pizzas to the Holiday Family. In the first week following the disaster, the ICE-E's P"E"zza store in Hometown worked around the clock to feed the dozens of officers, parents, and everyone involved in the search and rescue effort.

We would like to thank our franchisees and team members around the world for their generous outpouring of support, ranging from delivery team members who have pledged to donate their tips, to our franchisees who have created matching programs in their own businesses.

We are inspired, but not surprised, at the spirit of our team members. It is this kind of spirit that re-enforces something that we have always known: ICE-E's P"E"zza Delivers.
